Breakfast — the most important meal of the day.

Mixing a scoop of Huel Cookies & Cream into a bowl of porridge is one of the easiest ways to add some bulk and intrigue to a Huel shake.

To further add interest to this meal, add some Alpro Greek Style and top with fruit and nuts.

The flavours all work well together and because the Cookies & Cream is surprisingly not too sweet, it sits well for most in the morning.

Huel Hot & Savoury Mexican Chilli Quesadillas

Lunch is often one of the more rushed meals of the day as we try and squeeze it into our allotted lunch time.

These Huel Hot & Savoury Mexican Chilli Quesadillas are quick to make and they travel well.

To make these Quesadillas, mix up 1 scoop of Huel Hot & Savoury Mexican Chilli with some alternative mince, add in some kidney beans and sweetcorn, and then stuff it into wraps. Fold the wraps over and lightly toast both sides.

Add some spicy dressing over the top or sprinkle on some cheese to taste.

These quesadillas go well with salad and guacamole as pictured above, but if you make enough then they are tasty and filling by themselves.

And now we get into the mother of all comfort food — Mac & Cheeze Pasta Bake.

To start, mix up 2 full portions (4 scoops) of Huel Hot & Savoury Mac & Cheeze (Pictured above, I added some extra white and spinach pasta for more bulk). Mix in extra cheese, peppers, onions, and mushrooms.

A nice addition, to add some contrasting flavour, is some lightly fried meat alternative, like this Quorn ham pictured above.

Grate some more cheese on top and bake this in the oven for 20 minutes.
